The research team includes members of the Centre for Social Informatics (CSI). The research group is globally recognized: as early as 1996, it conducted pioneering research in the field of web survey methodology, contributing highly cited articles (over 1,700 citations) and the central monograph in the field (Web Survey Methodology, Sage – online access). It also developed an open-source online survey tool (1KA).
